Shipping and delivery

Free standard shipping is available with no minimum order value to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Canada, Malaysia, Japan, and Singapore. Standard shipping costs 0 in the checkout currency for these destinations.

Available destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Enter a complete delivery address, including any postal code and required contact details, before payment. Please contact customer care if the checkout does not offer a method for your destination.

Dispatch location

Orders are normally dispatched from Hong Kong SAR (China). If a specific product offer expressly confirms fulfillment from another warehouse, that offer applies to that product. Contact customer care before purchase if the dispatch origin matters for your order. Our San Mateo business contact address is not a dispatch or return address.

Preparation and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 days before dispatch, with processing Monday–Sunday. The daily order cutoff is 14:00 in the America/Los_Angeles time zone. Standard delivery to the 14 destinations listed above is estimated to take 10–14 business days after dispatch, with transit days Monday–Friday. Preparation time is additional to transit time. Any product-specific preparation exceptions are shown before purchase where applicable. If an order contains items with different preparation requirements, contact us for clarification. Shipping estimates describe expected delivery, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier operations, public holidays, remote destinations and customs checks may affect transit.

Tracking your parcel

We send shipment information and tracking when available. The first carrier scan may appear after dispatch; a pause between tracking events does not alone mean a parcel is lost. Contact us with your order number if an update is unclear or a delivery seems overdue.

Import charges

Any import charges collected at checkout will be identified there. Other destination duties or import taxes may be payable by the recipient where applicable. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about your destination.

Changes and undeliverable parcels

Request address changes or cancellation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch. For an undeliverable or returned parcel, customer care will review the parcel status and explain any available reshipment or refund options and applicable costs before proceeding. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
